These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Iamverse Investment ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our investment platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must be a legal resident of the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
• You must not be a person or entity subject to sanctions imposed by OFAC (USA), HM Treasury (UK), OSFI (Canada), the United Nations, or the European Union.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) without prior disclosure and enhanced due diligence approval.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Only one account per individual is permitted. Multiple accounts may be terminated without notice.

2. Account Registration & Verification

2.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your legal name, email address, date of birth, and country of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before making deposits or withdrawals, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which requires:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (passport, driver's license, or national ID card).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter) dated within the last 90 days.

3. Services Provided

3.1 Investment Plans

Iamverse Investment offers fixed-duration investment plans with published compound return rates. Each plan specifies: (a) minimum and maximum investment amounts; (b) duration in months; (c) monthly return rate; (d) compounding schedule; and (e) total projected return at maturity. These terms are fixed at the time of investment and cannot be altered during the plan duration.

3.2 Deposits

Deposits may be made via bank transfer or cryptocurrency, depending on availability in your jurisdiction. All deposits are manually verified by our operations team before being credited to your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by banking intermediaries or blockchain network congestion. Deposits made from accounts not matching the registered account holder may be rejected and returned.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available upon plan maturity. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–5 business days, subject to identity re-verification for amounts exceeding jurisdictional thresholds. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of enhanced due diligence (EDD) if required by our AML policies. Withdrawal fees, if any, are disclosed on the withdrawal request page.

The ROI calculator provided on our platform is for informational and illustrative purposes only. Calculator projections are based on stated rates and compound formulas and do not constitute a guarantee, promise, or contractual commitment of future returns.

5. Fees & Charges

Iamverse Investment may charge the following fees:

• Deposit Fees: None charged by Iamverse Investment. Your bank or cryptocurrency network may charge separate transaction fees.
• Withdrawal Fees: Disclosed at the time of withdrawal request. Fees may vary by withdrawal method and jurisdiction.
• Management Fees: None. Returns are calculated net of any internal costs.
• Early Termination: Investments cannot be terminated before maturity. No early withdrawal facility is available.

We reserve the right to introduce or modify fees with at least 30 days' advance notice. Changes will not affect investments already in progress.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal purpose.
• Create multiple accounts or use another person's identity or credentials.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Service without prior written permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where it is not authorized or where doing so would violate local law.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination, freezing of funds pending investigation, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the underlying code — is the property of Iamverse Investment or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Iamverse Investment, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from: (a) unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security; (b) delays caused by third-party banking or blockchain networks; (c) investment losses resulting from market conditions or the inherent risks of investing; or (d) force majeure events including natural disasters, war, pandemics, or government actions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iamverse Investment and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 By Iamverse Investment

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if: (a) you violate these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order; (c) your KYC verification is incomplete or fails re-verification; (d) suspicious activity is detected on your account; or (e) maintaining your account would expose us to legal or regulatory risk.

10.2 By You

You may request account closure by contacting support{{ $siteName }}.com. Closure is subject to: (a) completion of all pending investment plans; (b) withdrawal of all available balances; and (c) fulfillment of any outstanding compliance requirements. We may retain your personal data for the periods specified in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

• USA users: The laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• UK users: The laws of England and Wales.
• Canada users: The federal laws of Canada and the laws of the Province of Ontario.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at complaints{{ $siteName }}.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents you from filing a complaint with a financial regulator or ombudsman in your jurisdiction.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Service and close your account before the effective date.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure Statement, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Iamverse Investment and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
