Iamverse Investment ("we," "us," or "our") provides this Risk Disclosure Statement as part of our commitment to transparency and investor protection. This document should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. General Investment Risk

All investments carry inherent risk, including the potential loss of your entire principal investment. There is no guarantee that any investment strategy will achieve its objectives or that you will receive your projected returns. Past performance of any investment product does not guarantee, predict, or indicate future results.

The value of your investment may go down as well as up. You may receive back less than you originally invested. The degree of risk varies depending on the investment plan selected, the amount invested, and the duration of the investment.

2. Projected Returns Are Not Guaranteed

All return rates published on our platform are projected rates based on compound interest formulas applied to stated monthly rates over the plan duration. These projections assume that:

• The stated monthly return rate remains constant throughout the plan duration.
• All returns are reinvested (compounded) according to the plan schedule.
• No adverse events, market disruptions, or platform operational issues affect the plan.

Actual returns may differ from projected returns due to operational risks, regulatory changes, market conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Projected returns should not be relied upon as a promise or guarantee of future performance.

3. Liquidity Risk

Funds invested in Iamverse Investment plans are locked for the entire plan duration. You cannot access, withdraw, or transfer invested funds before the plan reaches maturity. This means:

• You should only invest amounts that you can commit for the full plan duration (6 to 60 months depending on the plan).
• There is no early withdrawal, partial withdrawal, or early termination facility.
• In the event of a personal financial emergency, you will not be able to access your invested funds.
• Withdrawal processing after maturity takes 1–5 business days and may be subject to enhanced verification.

4. Platform & Operational Risk

As with any financial technology platform, the Service is subject to operational risks, including:

• Technology Failures: Server outages, software bugs, data corruption, or cybersecurity breaches could affect the availability or accuracy of the Service.
• Human Error: Manual deposit verification and administrative processes may be subject to delays or errors.
• Business Continuity: In the event that Iamverse Investment ceases operations, there is a risk that invested funds may not be fully recoverable.
• Third-Party Dependencies: The Service relies on third-party banking partners, payment processors, and blockchain networks, any of which may experience outages, policy changes, or regulatory actions.

5. Regulatory & Legal Risk

The regulatory environment for investment platforms is evolving. Risks include:

• Regulatory Changes: New laws or regulations in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada could restrict, modify, or prohibit certain investment products or platform operations.
• Licensing Requirements: Iamverse Investment is not currently registered as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or securities exchange with the SEC (USA), FCA (UK), or any Canadian securities commission. Changes in regulatory interpretation could require registration, which may affect operations.
• Tax Implications: Investment returns may be subject to income tax, capital gains tax, or other taxes in your jurisdiction. Tax laws are subject to change. Iamverse Investment does not provide tax advice, and you are responsible for understanding and complying with your tax obligations.
• No Deposit Insurance: Funds deposited with Iamverse Investment are not protected by FDIC (USA), FSCS (UK), CDIC (Canada), or any other government deposit insurance scheme.
• Enforcement Risk: In the event of a dispute, enforcement of your rights may depend on the jurisdiction, applicable law, and available remedies, which may be limited.

6. Cryptocurrency-Specific Risks

If you choose to deposit or withdraw using cryptocurrency:

• Volatility: Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate significantly. The value of your deposit may change between the time you initiate a transfer and when it is confirmed.
• Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. If you send funds to an incorrect address, recovery may be impossible.
• Network Congestion: High network activity may result in delayed confirmations and increased transaction fees.
• Regulatory Uncertainty: The legal status of cryptocurrencies varies by jurisdiction and is subject to change without notice.
• Security: Cryptocurrency wallets are vulnerable to hacking, phishing, and other attacks. We are not responsible for losses resulting from compromised external wallets.

By using the Service, you are exposed to Iamverse Investment as a counterparty. This means your ability to receive returns and recover your principal depends on Iamverse Investment's continued financial solvency, operational integrity, and regulatory compliance. In the event of insolvency, users may be treated as unsecured creditors, and recovery of funds is not guaranteed.

If you invest in a plan denominated in a currency different from your domestic currency, your returns may be affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Iamverse Investment does not provide currency hedging services or foreign exchange guarantees.

9. Concentration Risk

Investing a significant portion of your savings or net worth in a single platform or investment product exposes you to concentration risk. Diversification across multiple asset classes, platforms, and geographies is a widely recognized risk management principle. Iamverse Investment should not be your sole investment vehicle.

10. Fraud & Cybersecurity Risk

Despite our security measures — including AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and bcrypt password hashing — no system is completely immune to cyberattacks. Risks include:

• Unauthorized access to your account through phishing, credential stuffing, or social engineering.
• Data breaches resulting from sophisticated attacks on our infrastructure or third-party service providers.
• Exploitation of zero-day vulnerabilities in software dependencies.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and the device from which you access the Service.

Iamverse Investment shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, wars, acts of terrorism, government sanctions, regulatory actions, banking system failures, power outages, internet disruptions, or labor disputes.

13.1 United States

Investment products offered through Iamverse Investment have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 or any state securities laws. Iamverse Investment is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a broker-dealer or investment adviser. The availability of our service does not constitute an offer or solicitation in any state where such offer or solicitation would be unlawful.

13.2 United Kingdom

Iamverse Investment is not authorized or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). As such, the protections provided by the FCA and the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) do not apply. In particular, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) does not cover investments made through this platform. UK investors should be aware that they are not protected by the FCA's client money rules.

13.3 Canada

Iamverse Investment is not registered with any provincial or territorial securities commission in Canada. The investment products offered through our platform have not been qualified for distribution under Canadian securities laws. Canadian investors should be aware that the protections available under provincial securities regulations may not apply to investments made through this platform. The Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC) does not cover these investments.
